General Information
We offer private experiences for all our escape rooms, individual ax lanes, smash room and game show time experiences so you can know it will always just be your group. Robot Rumble Time can be played just against members in your group or against other guests with our different arenas available.
While we strongly recommend booking a reservation through the booking portal by clicking HERE, we have so many different activities to do there is normally something for everyone to do. We will also always have the game on so you can enjoy that while you eat and drink waiting if the experience you want is full.
No. All our rooms have a door that is open at all times.
We recommend 15 minutes before your game time for debriefing and ensuring your entire party makes it on time. We all know how traffic can be so it is better to be early than miss your experience. As there may be bookings after your game, it may not be possible to start your game late and give you the great experience we want everyone to have.
All games are paid online at the time of booking. We do not accept credit cards over the phone but can email you a link to securely pay.
When you book the room, it will close to just be your group. You can always bring up to the maximum the room holds and they can pay at the door or you can call and we are happy to add them and send them an email to pay.
Escape In Time Woodlands is an entertainment venue focusing on family-friendly fun and events that offers a wide range of activities from escape rooms, Ax throwing, Smash Room, Robot Rumble Time, Game Show Time and many more to come.
Escape in Time Woodlands is located on the I-45 South feeder between Robinson and Sawdust Road on top of Outlaw Archery. Yes you can get to us from Olive Garden or Longhorn Steakhouse if you missed the entrance.
Our regular hours of operation are Sunday 1 pm-9 pm, Monday 12-9 pm, Tuesday 12-9 pm, Wednesday 12-9 pm, Thursday 12-9 pm, Friday 12-11 pm, Saturday 12-12 am, Sunday 1-9 pm.

Yes!! We specifically designed experiences to fill the time you would be waiting for your seat at the restaurant and we do a Golf Card scramble where corporate events can do multiple events with everyone.
We love celebrating Birthdays and creating perfect memories with family, friends, or coworkers. You can click on the groups tab for our latest offerings for each group.

No, we charge the same price per person if the room is full or not so enjoy having the experience to yourself.
Event Pricing can be found under each tab explaining the options because we offer different times for most of our experiences.

- Groups over 20 – 20% off but refunds will not be issued for bookings with this discount for members that can’t make it.

We understand that plans change, so reservations can be moved to a different date and time up to 48 hours in advance.
Accessibility and Amenities
We currently do not have our Lift installed but it is coming soon. We do have an ADA restroom and plenty of activities for everyone.
We are privileged to have Roberto’s deliver to us with hot fresh fabulous Mexican food and cater events from Roberto’s, Longhorn, and Olive Garden.
We suggest comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes for ax throwing and smash time experiences.

We currently offer ax throwing, smash room, robot rumble time, squid champion, and food with beer/wine options.
Absolutely! Everyone has been addicted to Robot Rumble Time and we have games on each tablet keep everyone occupied and having fun.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed, but service animals are welcome.
